They guided us every step of the way, timed and planed strategically the listing to optimize the open house with their magic had OVER 50 people show up and 3 offers within 12 hours. The open house was so well advertised and planned with signs, balloons and extra realtors to guide and tour: They guided us on how to properly stage and gave us a clear and concise instructions on a punch out list before open house that was really helpful. They took calls from us anytime of the day. Every barrier along the way they provided solutions. They have a strong positive relationship with the real estate community and this is crucial. We have real estate agents in our extended family and their professionalism is top notch. This is our 3rd time using Melanie Vitalie and adding Cara Crimmins was a phenomenal marketing genius value making them truly the DREAM real estate team. They orchestrated a miracle with putting together necessary preparations and fixed significant deficiencies of our rental and turned our home into a pristine gem ready to sell in just 6 days. Amazingly in just 23 days it was sold. This team partnered with us and we never had to set foot on island.
They literally took care of every detail from painting interior to getting the countertops reconditioned. Also, the integrity and experience these two Professionals possess are next to none. When we encountered critical decisions their advice was spot on every single time!!!
